This past September I enjoyed photographing the engagement session for Will & Mindy around Bailey Island.

I will be photographing their wedding later this season and I am really looking forward to it. They are a really sweet couple and I know they are going to have a fabulous wedding day!

Billie Jo & Trevor : E-Session

Starting to catch up on some blog posting - I thought I'd start with some recent e-sessions for couples that I am photographing their weddings this upcoming season.

Starting off with Billie Jo & Trevor~ I shot their e-session this fall at Ft Williams~ they were kind enough to bring along their sweet lab Fenway! Had such a great time with these three. Cannot wait for their wedding!

A Visit with Baby Boy S

Yesterday I travelled to MA~ to visit friends Lynne and Mike and their new baby boy! I had a great visit with them all~ Baby S is incredible and mom and dad could not have been greater with him! They are smitten and so am I!

Of course while I was visiting I brought my camera~ I had to get a few shots of the little guy!

Erin & Erik: Engaged

I had an absolute fantastic time photographing Erin & Erik's e-session! I'm photographing the couple's wedding later on this year~ and I am really looking forward to it!

They are absolutely adoreable and so very much in love!

Katy & Bill : Married

I have been so excited to photograph Katy & Bill's wedding~ not just because it had been almost two months since I have shot a wedding, but mostly because I absolutely adore these two and the love they share!!

I had a great morning photographing engagement photos for Renee & Shaun whose wedding I am photographing this summer.

The session was super easy, because I just snapped photos while the couple laughed together :D They are so great!!!

The Percival Family

I had a great time ringing in 2010, by photographing a session for a long time family friend. Mom Karen has two fabulous kids, Emily and Oliver, who are both incredible artists in their own right. Emily is a jewelry designer and Oliver's concentration is mixed media.

Emily lives out of state so we took the opportunity while she was home to get some updated family portraits. Below are a few of my favorites from below!

Congratulations are in Order

I need to send out a quick congratulations to my adoreable little cousin Christie and fiance as of New Year's Day Patrick!!

Patrick popped the question as the two rang in the New Year at the Top of the East at Portland's Eastland Hotel!

The couple was there to celebrate the second anniversary of their meeting!!

I am so happy for both of you Christie and Patrick and I cannot wait to share in your day with you!!

Merry Christmas 2009

Merry Christmas everyone!!!!

Faithful blog readers may remember each year I post some photos of my favorite ornaments on our tree. Of course this year was no exception!

My mom is the Queen of Shopping and she always finds Corey and I such adoreable ornaments every year, so most of these were a gift from her. Each year we get a new "Clare & Corey" ornament~ I love this one she picked out!

Dear friend Dorothy in Miami knows what a HUGE fan I am of the National Lampoon Vacation movies, so this year for my birthday she picked me up Uncle Eddie's trailer from the Chirstmas movie~ it is a riot. You push a button on the back and Uncle Eddie says some of his famous quotes from the movie!

Of course no tree of ours would be complete without a few ornaments from A Christmas Story~ Ralphie and his trusty old Red Rider BB Gun are always on hand protecting the tree from whoever might try to mess with it.

Looking at our tree over the past few days, I relaized the majority of our ornaments have something to do with our four legged kids. First of course is Tank's, who now goes by Tippy the majority of the time!

Twas the night before Christmas and all through the house, not a creature was stirring now even a mouse.... the "kids" were laying all snug in their beds~ while visions of sugar plums danced in their heads....

Conor & Colin: Holiday Photos

I had a great time yesterday meeting up with two of my favorite little guys, Conor & Colin to photograph the annual holiday card for their mom & dad. The boys are just so sweet and as always I love seeing how much they have grown since our last visit.

Jenn & David: Married

On Saturday I travelled to South Berwick to photograph the wedding of Jenn & David! It was a beautiful fall themed wedding.

Below is one of my favorite images from the day~ it was taken during a slow dance later in the evening. After all the hard work that goes into planning a wedding, all that matters is two people who adore each other so much, can finally take comfort in knowing they are husband and wife!

Sisters

Last weekend I had a great session with two sisters~ Angie & Chelsea! The girls wanted some photos to give to their family for Christmas. I'll only post one photo for the time being because I don't want to ruin any of the fun for their family, but there are many from this day that I love. Of course my favorites always seem to be the natural moments like the one below!

Bethany & Alejandro: Married

Yesterday the official 2009 wedding season concluded for me~ and I couldn't think of a better way to end the season then to photograph the wedding of Bethany & Alejandro at the Eastland in Portland. It was such a fantastic day with such a fantastic couple!
